The Gombe State Urban Planning and Development Authority (GOSUPDA) is the government agency responsible for regulating, planning, and guiding the sustainable growth of urban and semi-urban areas within the state. The Authority ensures orderly physical development through the preparation and implementation of master plans, development control, and enforcement of building regulations.
